When implementing in-app purchases on iOS, if you want to test the functionality of the purchases, you’ll need to create a testing account.

The first thing we’re going to do is access our iOS developer account:
Once inside, go to Users and Access

And choose Sandbox Testers https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/access/users/sandbox

Click on Create new +

Fill in all the information, keeping in mind that it is a new account.
To use the account, we need to go to our iPhone or iPad device:
Settings > App Store > TESTFLIGHT ACCOUNT
Add the account we just created.
