Building with plugins requires symlink support. Please enable Developer Mode in your system settings. Run start ms-settings:developers to open settings.
To activate the developer mode (developer) in Windows, we will do the following:
Introducing in the terminal:
start ms-settings:developers
This will open a configuration panel, we can activate and install unknown origin applications.
